Military Whist Marathon

Do you have any idea what this game is like? No? Well, here's your change to learn. Saturday, 4/28 the Relief Team is hosting a 7pm - 9pm Military Whist Party. If you'd like to stay for the entire Marathon (until 7am) you can. Just let me know.

Milkshakes for everyone

Tonight we did some work to pay for our new milkshake machine. As promised, next sunday night we'll be making milkshakes for all!

The coolest group ever

Avalanche Ranch started out cold, got warm on Thursday, hot on Friday and ended "cool". The coolest group ever got together for the "Amazing Dinner Race". Ally, Megan, Emily, Patience, Sean, Ben, Sam, Ahmin, Jacob, Wayne, Steve, Conor, Dillon, and Isaac were grouped into three teams that raced for two hours trying to get their dinner the fastest. After a pizza dinner at the Old Hotel, we made use of Nancy's hottub and fire ring. Congrats to Emily, Ben, Conor, Dillon and Ahmin. They won the race.
Note: Josiah, Aliza, Ellen, Nate, Samantha also helped make VBS great!

Friday, 3pm: Building projects/painting
Saturday, 9am: Set-assembly
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 12noon "VBS"

Palm Sunday 6:30pm- Surprise Trip to Karl Krahn's church
April 5,
Communion 7:00pm- The church is recreating the last supper
April 6,
Good Friday 12 noon- Ally, Aliza and Todd will be acting at St. Ambrose. All students are invited. You must have a note from home excusing you from school. Our van will be at Mt. Abe at 11:45am and will have you back by 1:15pm.
April 8,
Sunrise Service 6:00am- Gove Hill (followed by breakfast at Burnham)
Easter Service 9:45am

(There will be no Oasis, Oxygen or Sunday night on Easter)
