Katrina Relief Cafe

The first commercial test of the milkshake machine is a success! During the Town Wide Lawn Sale, the Relief Team set up a cafe to sell American Flatbread pizzas and milkshakes. The results were amazing. We sold all our food and people kept saying how good everything tasted. We also had US Senator Bernie Sanders stop by for about 30 minutes. Jim Brown schooled him in Carpet Ball.

First Baptist of Barre

We made another successful "Road Trip". The students and leaders in Barre made us a Spaghetti Dinner and home-made ice cream sandwiches. We taught them how to play "ONU" and conducted the kissing experiment. We also performed the sign skit. They may have been a little scared the more we told stories. In fact, I was shaking my head a little while I listened to all our crazy memories.

Job Matches

There are a lot of opportunities for students to earn money toward future USM events. I've scheduled some yard work Job Matches on May 11 and 12 starting at 8am. All students welcome...meet at church.
