Switchfoot Concert

Switchfoot is coming to Vermont!! Tickets are $20 (reasonable for a concert) and it will be held at Higher Ground in Burlington on March 6th. The van will leave the church at 6:30pm....the concert starts at 8pm. Copeland is opening for them, so we probably won't be home 'til 11pm. If you are interested, let Todd know as soon as possible.

Coming Up...

We’ll be lining up more “Road Trips”, hopefully one at the end of the month. Also, mark your calendar for a Food Drive on March 18th. This is when the Food Pantries get low on food.

Mike Viera started out our “Faith and my Job” series last month. Thanks for coming, Mike! We’ll be having one guest a month - come and see our next guest speaker.

DVD

The first ever, year-in-review DVD is ready. Matt Brown put an amazing amount of time into this project...it's pretty awesome. You can pick yours up for $5.00.

Sledding and Whatnot

If you're on some nice vacation with your family...good for you!

If you've got a job and trying to pay for car insurance...how nice!

BUT, if you're b-o-r-e-d silly......

Come outside...and what not. Yes, I said "what not". You say "what not" when, either you don't know what to say or you're too lazy to finish the sentence.

Friday 1pm - 4pm Meet at the church

The following "What Not" day may or may not include:

  • sledding on Gove Hill
  • meeting Martha Stewart
  • creating snow sculptures
  • getting a pedicure from Sarah Luke
  • playing in the a"mazing" maze
  • learning how to refurbish an antique chair
  • eating popcorn and watching a movie
  • playing carpet ball
  • sledding down the Gap Road
  • listening to Todd practice his sermon for next week

The list is endless. And if you're truly bored...then all of those sounded like potential winners.

At least come prepared to get in the snow!
